ELEMENTALS WEAVING
Zenthai Shiatsu & Native Fibre Weaving Immersion
5 Day Immersion | Oct 22nd - 25th 2026
Facilitated by Ashleigh Hart & Support Team
A five day immersion on the land, weaving together body, hands, and the elements through practice, making, and shared living.
Fully catered with nourishing local foods — wild hunted meats, garden grown vegetables, fresh goat and cow milk, handmade cheeses, and eggs from our chickens.
Each day moves in a steady, natural rhythm:
7:30am morning tea to awaken the agni
8:00am Zenthai yoga flow and partner practice
Breakfast
Native fibre weaving
Lunch
Zenthai Shiatsu therapy sessions
Each day is devoted to an element through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine —
Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, Fire
Native Fibre Weaving
Working with fibres gathered from the land, you’ll learn how to identify, harvest, prepare and weave using natural materials. This is hands-on, practical — splitting, softening, twisting and shaping fibres into form.
You’ll leave with skills you can continue anywhere, and at least one finished piece you’ve made yourself. More than that, a felt understanding of how to work with what is around you, slowly and with intention.
Zenthai Shiatsu (ZTS)
Each day includes both giving and receiving Zenthai Shiatsu — a floor-based bodywork practice blending movement, stretch and acupressure.
You’ll learn simple sequences you can use with others, while receiving treatments that support your own body to open and reset.
You’ll leave with something real in your hands — a way to support your nervous system and offer meaningful touch to the people around you.
Afternoons open into space for integration and rest.
Evenings gather us back — closing circle, shared dinner, then songs, dancing and fire or rest, all is up to you.
There is the option to rise early and join the milking of animals, for those wanting to step deeper into land-based rhythm.
This is a balance of structure and openness —
a place to learn, create, soften and be together.
Come for the experience.
Leave with skills, connection, and something you’ve made, felt and embodied.
Gumbaynggirr and Indigenous Elders are welcomed as honoured guests of this gathering, with their place offered in recognition of their presence and guidance. Please contact with rsvp directly to reduce your online time 0457 937 871.
