He is a highly skilled operator of heavy vehicles & machinery, with 15 years of experience, where he has managed teams of over 30 people. He brings natural leadership, logistical strength and an ability to hold structure and calm in big systems. Felipe carries the energy of a capable overseer—able to coordinate moving parts while staying grounded in the heart of why we’re doing this, He is a talented surfer, a deep-sea scuba diver and instructor.
